Ken Rotman - Managing Director
Ken spent the formative years of his career practicing tax, commodities, and securities law. He was a market maker on the Chicago Board of Trade and served as President of Windsor Associates, a family of hedge funds with over $250 M under management. Ken co-founded Fionda, LLC, a master agent and distributor of telephony and other consumer services. By 2003, he stewarded Fionda to the #220 ranking on Inc. 500's list of fastest growing, privately-owned companies. The company had 600,000 customers in 5 countries, and a prestigious partner list including Herbalife, Safeway, PETA, JP Morgan Chase, Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, and Costco.
Ken sold his interest in Fionda in 2004 and formed Allianex where he began creating what is now the best in class, turnkey remote technical support program for computers and other digital devices. In parallel, from 2005 to 2007, he was a partner in Ocenture (#241 on 2009 Inc. 500), where his clients included credit card companies, insurance companies, direct selling companies and more.
Michael Dubrow - Managing Director
Michael has created successful and enduring businesses in the institutional investment, direct marketing and e-commerce industries. In 1984, he co-founded Chambers, Dunhill Rubin & Co., a pioneer in the stable value asset arena, structuring more than $10 billion in investments for employee benefit plans and municipal bond issuers. In 1991 he co-founded Vision Capital, an SEC-registered investment advisor that was the world's first minority owned stable asset management company.
In 1995 Michael co-founded Bargain Network (bargain.com), a direct response marketing organization that grew from a small startup into a $64 million exit nine years later. In 2002 he co-founded inQ, the world's first online service bureau (using proprietary chat technology to perform live, web-based sales and CRM). inQ was acquired by a private equity firm in 2008, rebranded TouchCommerce.com and continues as a marketplace leader today. Michael is an avid road cyclist, aviator, record and art collector. He lives with his wife Lisa in Santa Barbara and Sedona.
Stephen Campbell - Chief Operating Officer
Before moving to the United States to join Allianex, Stephen spent the previous 10 years living and working in Barcelona, Spain where he built his career across various International Management Positions. Most recently Stephen managed the International MBA Program at La Salle International Business School where he designed and implemented quality initiatives to drive student enrollment, increase staff satisfaction and reach business objectives. Having successfully forged partnerships with universities around the world, Stephen brings proven international business development experience and success to his new role at Allianex.
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Stephen is a fluent Spanish speaker and holds a Bachelors Degree in European Business from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland and a Masters in Marketing from the University of Leicester, England.
Shane Fogle - Vice President, Direct Selling Vertical
An experienced technology management professional, Shane has over 18 years experience in business development, sales, marketing and sales management in Fortune 500, public and privately held companies. Prior to joining Allianex, he developed and launched an affiliate marketing business unit for an established competitive communications provider and within 9 months of operation, the business unit had achieved customer growth in excess of 4,000 and added 8 channel partners. Shane has successfully managed and grown multiple multi million dollar lines of businesses with various companies, including Premiere Global Services, Nortel Networks, GoSolutions, Intelliverse and Data Paradigm. Shane is a graduate of the U.S. Army Signal School, he studied Electrical Engineering Technology at Cincinnati State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Century University.
Alan Lantz - Vice President, Products
Alan has enjoyed success as a senior executive in both business development and product development for several leading organizations. In 1998, he was a founding Principal of CellCards, a prepaid wireless company, serving as Vice President of Sales. In its first year of operation, the company realized gross sales of $12 million. By 2004, sales had reached $50 million and the company was acquired by Coinstar, Inc.
Alan served Conistar through 2008 as Vice President of Carrier Relations and New Product Development. He helped lead the company’s expansion into such leading retailers as: CVS Pharmacies, Walgreens and Eckerd Drug Stores. From 2008-2009, Alan served IDT Telecom as Vice President of Carrier Relations. His negotiated valuable wireless contracts for the retail division, soliciting wireless carriers and MVNO's to resell IDT's International Long Distance program.
