Kenneth Rotman – President
Ken spent the formative years of his career practicing tax, commodities, and securities law. He was a market maker on the Chicago Board of Trade and served as President of Windsor Associates, a family of hedge funds with over $25OM under management. Ken co-founded Fionda, LLC, a master agent and distributor of telephony and other consumer services. By 2003, he stewarded Fionda to the #220 ranking on Inc. 500’s list of fastest growing, privately-owned companies. The company had 600,000 customers in 5 countries, and a prestigious partner list including Herbalife International, Safeway, PETA, JP Morgan Chase, Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, and Costco. Ken sold his interest in Fionda in 2004.
Buddy Winston – Director of Marketing
Buddy has been involved in the media and entertainment industry for over twenty-five years. He has an extensive background in multimedia content creation, beginning with his work in television, where he was a writer on The Tonight Show for six years. As a marketing professional, Buddy has participated in the origination of major national advertising campaigns.
Alan Lantz
Alan’s current position is Vice President of Carrier Relations and New Product Development for Coinstar, a publicly traded company. Here he is responsible to identify and recommend new and innovative products for the Coinstar E-Payment division. Through his direct efforts $250 million in sales have been generated in 2006. He brings invaluable guidance to the company as it expands its offerings to retailers such as CVS Pharmacies, Walgreens and Eckerd Drugs Stores. He works closely with companies such as wireless carriers such as Verizon, Virgin Mobile, Boost, AT&T and T-Mobile long distance carriers such as Sprint and Network IP as well as with Prepaid Debit Card issuers such as Green Dot. Through his vision and understanding of the quick changing and growing prepaid market Coinstar has become a premier provider worldwide.
Sheldon Goldman
His career has spanned over 30 years as an entrepreneur with building blocks in national sales leadership positions. Shelly’s footprint may be found in the travel, entertainment, credit union, chemical and automotive industries. Creator of Credit Union Benefit Services Inc. (CUBS), providing hundreds of thousands of credit union members with promotional discounts on products ranging from automobiles to furniture. CUBS evolved into an auto dealer network for customer referrals, which became Auto Insider Service Inc. in 1983. In 2001, Shelly again formed a new company to provide turnkey auto buying programs for 13 AAA Clubs, and their members under the name of Automotive Invitational Services, Inc and again it was well received and successful. In February 2007 he sold Automotive Invitational Services to ZAG.com.
Robert Paswater
Founder and President of Telcorp International. He founded Telcorp International, one of the top master agencies in the country. Bob is respected throughout the telecom industry as an expert with non-profit affinity groups, business associations, and franchises. Bob has been recognized as the “Supplier of the Year” by the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers, which represents a myriad of major Franchise groups.
Lee Maliniak
Lee is presently a functional implementation consultant for Authoria Inc., the leading talent management solutions provider in the US. Lee provides implementation support, including data analysis, application configuration, and application customization, to their Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to his involvement with Authoria, Lee worked for Ocenture, a cutting edge computer support company. As an integral part of the Ocenture team, Lee focused on supplier technologies. Lee has a background in Psychology and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). During his academic studies he created a successful computer consulting business, providing technical support for many local businesses and private entities. Lee Maliniak Computer Consulting has now been in business for over 6 years and continues to support some of Santa Barbara's best companies. In addition to consulting, Lee's technical proficiency was developed while working for Computer Science Corporation (CSC) at the Goleta, California Raytheon facilities as a desktop technician and network administrator.
